About the Program

With the flexibility and convenience of studying online, the Interior Decorating Associate Diploma prepares students with the industry-based skills to become an interior decorator.  The program explores space-planning, hand-drawing and computer drafting, perspectives and rendering, lighting and furnishing, and textiles and sustainable materials across home décor, staging, retail, workplace, event and set design. Over the course of the program, students build a professional portfolio that showcases both their conceptual and applied creative, technical, and business expertise while learning how to market themselves as professionals.

The program is designed for asynchronous delivery, allowing students to learn online at their own pace, anytime of the day. Students interact with instructors and peers through online learning tools and course software, whenever and wherever best fits their lifestyle.
