Yorkville University is piloting a 24/7 tutoring service called “Smarthinking”, but this free service trial expires at the end of 2015.
This is a free service to students to provide additional writing support. For example, you can submit an essay to Smarthinking for an evaluation. Upon request from Yorkville University you will be allotted 2 hours of tutoring to start with, but you “do not” have to use the entire time in one session. The primary way you access a tutor is via the “Drop In” option.
The average waiting time is approximately 3-4 minutes for tutoring support access so there is no need for making an appointment, though you are welcome to use that feature.

1) Your Time Zone
2) Postal Code
3) Country of Access
4) Course Code (BUSI 1013, etc.)
5) Instructor
