Yorkville University offers four programs that are designated in New Brunswick and are delivered online: a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA General), a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP), a Master of Education in Adult Education (M.Ed), and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership (M.Ed). The New Brunswick campus also offers an associate diploma in Interior Decorating.

Yorkville University also offers a Bachelor of Business Administration (General), and with specializations in Accounting, Energy Management, Project Management and Supply Chain Management. These programs have received consent in British Columbia and are delivered on campus and online.

In Ontario, Yorkville University offers a Bachelor of Business Administration with a specialization in Project Management, and a Bachelor of Interior Design (BID), both of which are delivered on-campus and online. The institution has been granted a consent by the Minister of Training, Colleges and Universities to offer the BBA for a 7-year term starting 04/06/2017 and the BID for a 5-year term starting 04/06/2017. Prospective students are responsible for satisfying themselves that the program and the degree will be appropriate to their needs (e.g., acceptable to potential employers, professional licensing bodies or other educational institutions).
