Campus Registrar – Yorkville University

Yorkville University has an opening for a Campus Registrar, located at it’s Steeles campus in Concord, Ontario.
The Campus Registrar will manage the procedures and records of the student cycle from admissions to graduation.

In addition, the Campus Registrar will ensure the consistent implementation of academic policies and coordinate the academic planning cycle, including course offerings, faculty assignments, course scheduling and new student orientation.

POSITION PROFILE
• Master’s degree preferred; Bachelors degree required
• 3 to 5 years experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated ability to apply technology to records, registration and reports.
• Ability to collaborate with Deans and Directors to achieve University goals.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and communications skills
• Excellent systems and computer skills
• A strong work ethic and meticulous attention to detail
• Demonstrated project management, organization and supervisory skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Highly organized and meticulous attention to detail
