The Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for planning, optimizing and tactical execution of automated email campaigns; integration of marketing technologies, and initiating new life cycle marketing projects. This position assists overall marketing and communications teams, admissions team, as well as vendors, looks for ways to improve and personalize the prospective student experience through marketing automation technologies, in alignment with our corporate strategic imperatives. 

This Administrative role will support Toronto Film School senior leaders. Reporting to the Associate Director, Field Training, the Practicum Coordinator is responsible for supporting students with assistance during their practicum placements, provide support, and act as liaison between students and Field Training department. Reporting to the Manager, Digital Design, the Digital Design Specialist is responsible for creating engaging, accessible, and interactive learning objects and digital assets. This role collaborates with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and educators to design and develop multimedia content that enhances the learning experience and supports the achievement of course and program outcomes. The ideal candidate has a strong background in graphic design, multimedia development, and educational technology, with a passion for leveraging digital media to facilitate effective teaching and learning. Working in a team environment, the eLearning Specialist will contribute to the development and deployment of synchronous and asynchronous courses in the Learning Management System. This includes course site creation, course architecture and navigation, functionality testing and monitoring, quality assurance, trouble shooting, and technical support.   The Analyst, Strategic Data and Analytics will be responsible for executing Yorkville’s reporting and analytics strategy for Student Surveys and Regulatory Data. Reporting to the Director. Strategic Data and Analytics, this role will be responsible to build a high-quality data product that allows the organization to digest and interpret student survey data in a meaningful way.  Working collaboratively with the SVP, Governance, Regulatory and Governmental Affairs and their team as well as the broader Strategic Data and Analytics team, you will support the organization in responding to regulatory reporting requirements and analysis as required.  

Reporting to the VP, Teaching and Learning, the Manager, Communications is responsible for leading and executing teaching- and learning-related internal and external communications initiatives, with an emphasis on the Learning Management (LMS) implementation and associated change management initiatives. The Manager, Communications abides by centralized standards and guidelines set by the Marketing and Communications team, and uses approved technologies, systems and channels to develop and share accessible content. The Manager collaborates with units across the organization to ensure timely, accurate, and engaging internal communicaitons. They provide thought leadership, and act as the lead writer and editor for key communications. The Manager, Communications collaborates daily with key internal and external stakeholders, in alignment with our strategic imperatives for the Teaching & Learning portfolio. The LMS Administrator will assist the LMS project team and ITS Enterprise Applications in the setup, configurations and initial operations of Yorkville’s new learning management system. Specific responsibilities include project work, application configuration, and application support. The LMS Administrator is the primary liaison between the Yorkville Teaching and Learning teams and ITS and therefore the ability to work well in a team environment is essential for success in this role.

We have launched a two-year Project Management graduate program with three annual intakes. This is an exciting initiative that will rapidly scale and provide continuous growth opportunities.   We are currently looking for Adjunct Faculty to teach within the Business Analyst section of the program for the upcoming Spring term starting in April 2024. The successful candidate will hold a ITIL Certification, experience in an Agile environment, and a completed master’s degree from a recognized university, as well as experience in Strategic Data.The successful candidate will be expected to deliver a wide range of Business Analsyt university courses to a class size of approximately 50 adult students.   Courses are facilitated Monday to Friday 9am to 9pm and weekends from 9am to 6pm. Successful candidates are expected to be physically accessible to both locations at Brampton (24 Queen Street E) and Mississauga (5110 Creekbank Road). Remote and on campus opportunities are available (using Moodle as an online delivery platform). 

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Governance, Regulatory & Government Affairs, the Director, Regulatory Affairs is responsible for ensuring the successful regulatory standing for Yorkville University and Toronto Film Schoolacross Canada. This position plays a critical role in:  - overseeing all government submissions at both provincial and federal levels;   - effectively ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and accreditation standards;  - leading successful site visits with regulatory and accrediting bodies, both virtually and in person.     The Director works closely with the Academic and Senior Leadership Teams and is a key player in a collaborative effort to secure and enhance Yorkville’s strong regulatory standing. Reporting to the Program Chair, Bachelor of Interior Design, the full-time professor is responsible for teaching undergraduate courses, designing learning activities and assessing student performance, in alignment with our mission of championing student success. They will be required to work on-site at the Concord Campus located at 2000 Steeles Ave W. beginning in April. The BID program courses run four terms a year in January, April, July and October. Classes run Monday to Saturday and are assigned based on availability.  

Reporting to the Associate Dean, Bachelor of Business Administration, the Sessional Faculty member is responsible for teaching undergraduate courses for the Bachelor of Business Administration, designing learning activities and assessing student performance, in alignment with our mission of championing student success. They will facilitate undergraduate courses in one or more specific program areas as follows: Economics, Accounting & Finance, Project Management Marketing, Math, Management & Business, Supply Chain and Operations. The Adjunct Faculty will be required to work on-site at the Concord Campus located at 2000 Steeles Ave. W. beginning in the Spring term (April 8th, 2024). Classes run Monday to Thursday 9AM-9PM, Friday to Sunday 9AM-6PM and are assigned based on availability.

Our Faculty of Behavioral Sciences has started hiring for course openings in 2024. We are seeking Adjunct/Part Time Professors to teach within our Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) program. There will be training provided prior to being assigned a teaching schedule.  With an earned doctoral degree in Counselling, Psychology, or related field from a recognized university, and at least five years in the field of Counselling Psychology or a related profession, you will deliver university courses at the graduate level. You will draw on the most recent research and practices in Canadian counselling and psychology, and demonstrate sensitivity and education in equality, diversity, inclusion and decolonization and its impact on the field and teaching.  This is a remote opportunity, using Moodle as an online delivery platform. Applications must include current Clinical License along with Official Transcript from the Doctorate institution.
